To register an account at VIPT, the following requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each person may only open one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination.
• Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
• VIPT may request identity documents or other verification materials at any time for account verification (KYC) purposes.
• Only one account may be registered per mobile number or email address.

Account Security

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact the VIPT support team immediately. VIPT will never ask for your password by phone or email. Anyone asking for your password is attempting to defraud you.

All deposit and withdrawal transactions at VIPT are processed securely over encrypted connections. The financial security of our members is our top priority.

Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and funds transferred this way may not be refunded.
• Deposits can be made via mobile banking, digital wallets, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly, though in some cases banking processes may cause a short delay.
• The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the platform and is subject to change from time to time.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3 to 15 minutes.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only. Any attempt to claim it through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Promotional offers are valid for a limited time only. Expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.

• Any attempt to abuse or fraudulently exploit a bonus will result in its cancellation.

All betting and gaming activities at VIPT are governed by the following rules. These rules apply equally to all users and are in place to ensure fair gaming.

• All bets are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed, unless VIPT decides to do so under exceptional circumstances.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet may be voided.
• Any attempt at match fixing or gaining any unfair advantage will result in immediate account termination.
• Some bets in live betting may be voided due to delayed odds updates.
• The maximum bet limit varies per event and will be displayed on the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at VIPT. Any violation will result in immediate account termination, and all associated funds may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonuses or using bonus hunting strategies.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other members.
• Impersonating VIPT staff or representatives.
• Assisting minors in opening an account or using the platform.

If you wish to close your VIPT account, please contact the support team. Make sure to withdraw any eligible balance before closing. All bonuses will be cancelled upon account closure.

VIPT may suspend or terminate any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• Where money laundering is suspected.
• For legal reasons or upon instruction from a regulatory authority.
